Internship at the Canelo Project

I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to study with Athena and Bill Steen of the Canelo Project.
During the time I lived with them, I worked with a wide variety of natural plasters including clay, lime, and specialty finish plasters such as tadelakt.
I also worked on earthen floors, plasters and clay paints for conventional surfaces, and learned much from Athena about sculpting with her special base plaster mix.
